Appointment booking & registration (挂号)
We handle the Chinese-only apps, registration and scheduling, so there is no 6am queue and no local SIM needed.

Common questions
How much does your service cost?
The pre-trip consultation and quote are free. A bilingual medical companion and interpreter is from about $100 for a half-day or $200 for a full day; other services are included in your plan or quoted per case. The treatment itself is always a separate, per-case quote from the hospital.
Is the treatment price included in these fees?
No. These are our concierge service fees only. The medical or dental treatment is quoted separately and per case, based on your X-rays or condition — and it is free to get that quote.
Do I have to buy a fixed package?
No. Tell us what you need and we build a plan around it. Most clients receive a single bundled quote covering the services they actually use.
